These practice cards are created to help inspire you on your yoga journey. There are 30 cards that provide examples of how you can practice Patañjali’s 8 Limbs of Yoga each day, through physical postures, breathing exercises, meditation and philosophical practices. Our hope is that you pick one card each morning and focus on that teaching for that day or week.
Following the teachings of ahimsā---non-harming---these cards were made with recycled products here in America. In addition, we contribute 10% of the sales of these cards to support yoga for at-risk youth. Together we can make a difference.
