There are 30 cards that provide examples of how you can practice Patañjali’s 8 Limbs of Yoga each day, through physical postures, breathing exercises, meditation and philosophical practices. Each practice is designed to bring you closer to yourself and others, and to clearly understand that
everything is interconnected.
My hope is that you pick one card each morning and focus on that teaching for that day or week.
